• Who: Cub Scouts, Leaders, Parents & Siblings only (No external family members allowed)
• Registration deadline: September 25, 2024
• Starts: Saturday October 5, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
• Ends: Sunday, October 6, 2024 – 12:00 PM
• Location: Hickory Creek Campground Lewisville (Map/Address)
  • 1201 Point Vista Rd, Hickory Creek, TX 75065)
• Dress code: Activity t-shirt with close toe shoes

• Cost:
  • Cub Scout: $11.
  • Siblings 4 years and under: Free.
  • Siblings: $15.
  • Leaders: $15.
  • Parents: $22.

  • Certificate Submission (Click Here)
• Those who have not submitted medical forms and YPT have to submit by September 29.
• We will accept only hard copies in an envelope.

Adults

• BSA medical form (parts A & B)
• Immunizations (last tetanus),
• Insurance (front & back)
• YPT certificate

Youth

• BSA medical forms (parts A and B)
• Immunizations
• Insurance card (back and front)

Supply List

1. Tent (Dome Style)

• 2 Person Tent (Academy / Amazon) OR
• 4 Person (Academy / Amazon) OR
• 6 Person Instant Tent (Amazon).

2. Tarp – 10′ x 14′ (Amazon) OR 10′ x 12′ (Academy) OR bigger.
3. Sleeping Bags (preferred 30° – 50°) (Walmart / Amazon).

• If needed, a sleeping pad (Academy /Amazon) Air mattress NOT recommended, NOT allowed.

4. Folding Chair (Academy / Amazon) – Can be used at campfire.
5. Flashlight & Extra Batteries as required.
6. Blankets, Comforters, Pillows (as needed).
7. Clothes – Pack 758 Activity T-shirts, extra pair of clothes, PJs, etc. (as needed).
8. Rain gear – ponchos, rain suits etc.
9. Personal Hygiene kit (Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Soap, Towel, etc. as needed).
10. Bio-degradable wipes (yes, we might need them.)
11. Personal Grooming kit.
12. Personal Medicines (if any).
13. Bugs Repellent Spray or Lotion.
14. Plates, Bowls, Cups, Spoons, Forks, Knives Etc. – Plastic or Steel only.
15. 3 to 5 Large plastic trash bags to store items in case of unexpected rain.
